Stayed at El Corregidor Arequipa hotel during a Peru tour as part of a small group. Was disappointed with my single room - very small, and located next to some sort of utility room, which was quite noisy with staff going in and out. Appreciated the free internet. Location not very central, but Arequipa is easy to walk around in, so restaurants and museums are all accessible.
