4 days Inca Voyage - day by day detailed description

Day 1 - Cusco - Arrival
After your arrival in Cusco, the capital of the Inca Empire, you will be transferred to the hotel. In the afternoon you will have a city tour in Cusco. The tour will last approximately 4 hours. You will visit the center of Cusco, the Plaza de Armas, the Cathedral, Korincancha and the four ruins Tambomachay, Puca Pucara, Quenko and the Sacsayhuaman. Afterwards the guide will bring you back to the Hotel.

Day 2 - Sacred Valley - Aguas Calientes
Early in the morning you will begin the Full Day-Tour to Sacred Valley. The first stop is “Hawana Cancha”, a place to take the first pictures of landscape and llamas. Another photo stop is at the viewpoint Taray. There you can observe the Sacred Valley and the Nevado Taray.  After that you will arrive at Pisac. You visit the ruins of Pisac (60 min) and visit the Indian market of Pisac (40 min, open every day of the week).

To have lunch (not included) you head towards Urubamba. There you have 1.5 hours to relax. After lunch you arrive at Ollantaytambo train station to take the train to Aguas Calientes. The train takes approximately 2 hours. When you arrive at Aguas Calientes a transfer will bring you to the hotel. Your guide for Machu Picchu meets you there to coordinate a time for the next day. After the check in you have the rest of the day to discover Aguas Calientes and to enjoy the hot springs.

Day 3 - Machu Picchu - Cusco
The next day you will start at the time you had coordinated with your private guide. You will have a transfer to the bus station to take the bus to Machu Picchu complex. 20 min later you arrive at Machu Picchu and begin the guided tour. After the tour you will have free time to explore the citadel. In the afternoon you will take the train back to Cusco and you will arrive in the early evening. Here you will be transferred to the hotel.

Day 4 - Cusco - Out
After breakfast you have to say good-bye to Cusco. A private transfer will bring you to the airport (or bus- or trainstation) for your following destination. We hope you had a great journey!
